Practitioner Directory Frequently Asked Questions Who qualifies to be listed in the directory? Graduates of the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine (formerly Midwest Center for the Study of Oriental Medicine) are invited to submit an entry for the Practitioner Directory. Before you can be included, we must verify that you did graduate from the Midwest College. If you have questions, please call 1-800-593-2320. I don't see my state listed! The directory lists only those states that have practitioner listings. If you submit your practice, your state will be added. If you are outside the United States, we will add your country when we receive your information. I have more than one clinic, can I be listed more than once? If you have more than one clinic and they are in different states, or if you have more than one clinic and they are in the same state, you can fill out a form for each clinic. I want to update my listing, do I need to fill out the whole form? Yes. For accuracy purposes, we ask that you fill out the entire form.
