This class is a survey of the major schools of Chinese philosophy. Lectures cover Yin Yang, Taoism, Confucianism, Buddhism, the I Ching and Feng shui. The moral and ethical principles that are at the core of the teachings of Confucius and Lao Tzu are related in a manner that can be applied in the present day. The influence of these schools on the development of Chinese medicine is stressed.
