Application Process

The wisdom found in the old Chinese saying: "A journey of one hundred li begins with a single step" certainly applies to students of TCM. This field of medicine will engage your interest for a lifetime.

Your first step on this journey will be choosing a college and then contacting the Admissions Office. Ask for Kelly Westerlund, the Admissions Coordinator. She will help you through the various steps necessary to complete the entire application process. Kelly will direct your calls to the financial aid and registrars office and can also help with relocation.

When all of your documentation has been submitted and the admissions interview successfully completed, you will receive a letter of acceptance and then be able to enroll in classes.

Steps in Admissions

• Read the catalog
• Visit the college website
• Look at the curriculum
• Look at clinic competencies
• Look at the program schedule
• Call with questions
• Sit in on a Saturday class
• Talk to students
• Visit the clinic during the week
• Talk to interns
• Submit the application form
• Have transcripts sent
• Have two letters of recommendation sent
• Financial aid applicants, return the packet.
• Call for interviews
• Become part of our community
